"I’m adding an extra week of shows this December for the Christmas holidays! During Sandwich’s annual Christmas in the Village, I’ll present a brand-new Christmas show, packed with your favorite holiday music, sing-alongs, and plenty of laughs for the whole family."

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be performing an all-new holiday show for Club Sandwich this year! I’ve titled it “Christmas in the Village” because I’ll be performing as part of the festivities in Sandwich, New Hampshire, December 4th through December 13th.

Some of you might remember that back in the 1970s, my first wife Jacqui and I, along with our kids, John and Jennifer, created three Christmas specials that aired in 1977, ’78, and ’79. The first, produced by Dick Clark, featured one of my favorite holiday memories: surprising my family by covering our California lawn in real snow! It was a wild idea, but it made for a magical Christmas. The other two specials were produced by Bob Finkel and carried on the tradition that Andy Williams began with his beloved holiday shows. I was very proud of those programs and the joy they brought to families during the holidays. Later on, when I had my theater in Branson, Missouri, my wife Rhonda, our daughter Ashleigh, and I carried that Christmas spirit forward with several holiday shows of our own.

Christmas has always been a huge part of my upbringing. My dad and mom were both ordained Baptist ministers, and during the Christmas season, our lives were completely taken over by church events. My three brothers and I were always involved and were paraded around at Christmas and Easter services, singing in the Hallelujah Chorus, and caroling everywhere we could. Those early experiences meant learning all the classic Christmas music and truly living the season from every angle. It’s a tradition and spirit that’s stayed with me ever since, and I can’t wait to celebrate it again with all of you this year. Bring the whole family!

Club Sandwich Christmas shows will run from December 4th through December 13th, 2025. Doors open at 6:30pm for the pre-show presentation. The pre-show videos begin at 6:40pm (You won't want to miss this!) Folks are encouraged to enjoy the entertaining videos on our multimedia screen. 7pm is showtime!
>>John will be supported at his shows by bass player John Petruzzelli! Here's a bit about (the other) John: John Petruzzelli is a multi-instrumentalist who has taught and performed in Carroll Country region for the last twenty years. He holds two degrees, one in recording technology and another in jazz studies. John owns and operates a recording studio in Wolfeboro where he engineers and coaches aspiring artists in all avenues of music. Growing up by the lake, under the banner of the Great Waters music festival, John witnessed some legendary musicians come through the town of Wolfeboro, stars like Chuck Mangione, John Pizzarelli and Bradford Marsalis inspired him to play and perform at any chance he could. At Club Sandwich, JP will support JD on upright and electric bass, providing a solid foundation, and harmonic vocal lines to showcase some of America's greatest tunes.
After the show you can say hi to John Davidson, take selfies, and of course he'll be glad to autograph any merchandise purchased at our gift shop. Admission is $40, and $25 for kids 12 and under. Livestream tickets are $10 for your entire family and friends.
Because our showtime is 7PM (and pre-show at 6:40), we recommend dining in the historic village of Sandwich no later than 5:30PM at The Foothills Cafe, which is right across the street, or The Corner House Restaurant, which is right next door!
Room capacity is 60, so we recommend getting tickets early. We have free popcorn and water concessions ($3) at the club, but you can bring in whatever you'd like to eat or drink. Seating includes chairs, loveseats, and rockers! Seating is first come first serve and there are a few seats with tables available.
